My stories for big and small screens rewild audiences. I write comedy and drama, often with a sci-fi, horror or erotic twist, designed to inspire shifts in attitudes and behaviour in relation to the natural environment. 

I originally trained as a screenwriter with Sundance Collab, followed by Jed Mercurio’s BBC Maestro course, and completed BAFTA albert’s editorial training for climate content. My writing mentor is now Sarah Williams (OUTRAGEOUS, FLESH AND BLOOD).

All of my work is based on my research as a psychologist into the impact of storytelling on human behaviour.

Highlights include:

THE FOLKESTONE LADIES’ EROTIC FICTION CLUB, a short film produced in 2025, is also a proof of concept for a recurring TV series. It is directed by Emmy award winner Emelie Mahdavian and is currently being pitched to TV commissioners.

GLITCHED, a sci-fi comedy short co-written with Darren Lee Murphy, has been produced by Making Productions for film festival distribution.

FREYA, my first TV pilot (a futuristic drama and Scottish Gaelic language project), written with the support of Rockall Films and screenwriter Joe Lidster (TORCHWOOD), made the final 9% in the BBC Writer’s Open Call for scripts.

DROP, an eco-horror short with Emelie Mahdavian attached as director, made it to the final round of the Tribeca x Chanel “Through Her Lens” programme.
